Shipping policy

    1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
    All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

    You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

    Please note that during high-volume periods (such as major holidays or sales events), processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

    2. DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ESTIMATES
    We offer worldwide shipping, primarily targeting the United States and European markets. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    United States Standard Shipping: Estimated 7 to 12 business days transit time.

    European & International Shipping: Estimated 10 to 15 business days transit time.

    Note on Delivery Times: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or severe weather conditions. These estimates do not include our 2-4 business day order processing time.

    3. SHIPPING RATES
    Standard Shipping: Standard flat rates apply depending on the destination and total package weight, which are clearly shown before final payment.

    Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a specified threshold (as advertised on our store banner, if applicable).

    4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active and trackable within 24 to 48 hours after shipment.

    You can track your package directly through our website’s tracking page or via the carrier's portal using the provided tracking ID.

    5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
    ORIONTH PEAK INC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.). If an item is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

    6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
    Please verify your shipping address thoroughly before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delivered incorrectly due to wrong or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

    If a package is returned to our facility as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to reship the package.

    7. DAMAGES, LOSS, AND MISSING ITEMS
    If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately.

    To file a claim for damaged items, please email us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.
