1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number or payment confirmation).
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (EXCEPTIONS)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded:
Customized & Personalized Goods: Items made to your specific specifications or clearly personalized (including Print-on-Demand products) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.
Personal Care & Hygiene Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used beauty accessories, false eyelashes, cosmetics, or skincare products.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items cannot be refunded.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return confirmation email with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipment: Pack the items securely and ship them to the designated address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. RETURN SHIPPING FEES
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item received), we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a free replacement.If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., buyer's remorse, wrong size/color selected, changed mind), the customer will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. REFUNDS PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card/Stripe) within 5 to 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To file a claim, email us within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
